My wife, Krystle, and I bought the boat from Todd & Gayle in February 2013, had her delivered to Seattle, WA (yes, that was a challenge to coordinate!), lived aboard during a 3 year refit/familiarization, and took off cruising in 2016 down the US west coast and into Mexico. Krystle and I have had some incredible experiences thanks to Small World! It's bittersweet to read how excited you all were about finding the boat and to know that the purchase didn't work out. Whatever led to your decision not to buy the boat provided an opportunity for us to step in and carry on the legacy of hull number 1. We have always felt very grateful to call this boat our own. We are in the midst of a land-based period (rebuilding the cruising kitty, helping parents and grandparents, putting down roots, etc) so our last post was from a while back, but we've kept a blog that you might be curious to read through: www.kraiglessmallworld.com At any rate I wanted to say hello and let you know where Small World ended up!
